Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) – also called cold laser or photo-biomodulation -at Energy Health Clinic is done with a THOR Laser. Low Level Laser Therapy or photo–biomodulation – here done with a THOR Laser – treats inflammation and pain well.

LLLT is a treatment that uses low-intensity beams of light, typically red or infrared wavelengths, to stimulate tissue healing, reduce pain, and decrease inflammation by influencing cellular activity at a non-thermal level, essentially promoting the body’s natural healing process.
The light energy from the laser is absorbed by cells, particularly mitochondria, which can lead to increased cellular energy production and improved tissue repair.
Unlike high-power lasers used for cutting tissue, LLLT does not generate significant heat and is considered a non-invasive procedure.
LLLT is used for a range of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, wound healing, soft tissue injuries, arthritis, nerve damage, and hair loss.
The device emits the laser light directly onto the affected area.
